CUSTOM SALES TERMS
1. 50% deposit. 2. 25% payment will be required, when we call you to secure your jobs upcoming production schedule we've slotted. We will also give you a window in which we are targeting for your delivery. 3. Balance on your invoice (remaining 25%) is due on all furniture received, PAID on the same day it is received.
* Custom installs are a process & often take more than 1 day to complete. Installation charge to be paid upon completion of install. (Installation fee may be left open if completion is not finished in one day. If there is touch up needed/small details addressed, a portion of the install fee will be left open, until all is complete.)

Custom orders are final sale items.
We will always do our best to meet the timeline we give you for delivery.
Look over your rendering carefully before giving a final approval for a build. Any changes or modifications made after the final approved rendering (via email/text/in person) may result in additional charges & will be billed/invoiced to client. If client wishes to add or modify their order after production, additional charges will be billed/invoiced.
Standard finishes we offer are lower in cost than what a custom finish would be. Please ask your salesperson about custom finishing prices on your order if you wish to do something different.
Custom finishing prices will vary depending on the difficulty of the finish, the size of your order, and how many samples you request prior to choosing the final one. (Each Sample runs $45.00) Receiving samples: You are welcome to pick them up in our showroom or S/H charges will be applied to your bill.
You must Allow 10% color variance on any final, finished product.
Cancellations: Pre-production: 20% of sub-total is forfeited. The remaining deposit is good for a 1 year credit, for purchase with our company. Orders that have gone into production, all money paid is forfeited.
Cost of the binding arbitration proceedings & any proceeding in court to confirm or to vacate any arbitration award, including, w/out limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees will be borne by the unsuccessful party-determined by the arbitrator.
